Choyce Peterson announced the successful completion of lease negotiations for Deadlocked Escape Rooms LLC at 1000 Hope Street in Stamford, CT. Adam Cognetta, Vice President, and Pete Jacullo, Account Executive, represented Deadlocked Escape Rooms, as they looked to establish their first location in Stamford. At the outset of this project, owner Gene Waggaman cited that the most important factor in their search was a central location in Stamford equally attractive to a demographic spanning professionals and students, as well as families. Parking availability was also a main element of consideration. Cognetta and Jacullo toured many different buildings with Waggaman in the Stamford area, and sought proposals from multiple landlords. Ultimately, Waggaman and his team chose to lease 2,500 square feet at 1000 Hope Street because of the central location, ample parking, and traffic counts.
