My professional journey began in the restaurant industry, where I owned and operated fine food service businesses in high-end kitchens and supermarket distribution. In that world, I learned the value of consistency, precision, and serving people better than anyone else. Compliments were appreciated, but it was the challenges and criticism that pushed me to refine my standards, a mindset I still bring to everything I do.

Over time, I transitioned from food to finance, driven by a desire to help others build and grow real, lasting value. I began working alongside real estate developers and property owners to find smarter ways to build, renovate, and grow. Today, I specialize in cost segregation, tax planning, and accelerated depreciation strategies, with a focus on hotels, healthcare facilities, and multifamily properties.
