The survey depicts silhouettes of 97 buildings with a total inventory of 17.9 million s/f and tracks changes in office space availability from year-end 2022 to year-end 2023 in larger, primarily multi-tenanted class A office buildings in Stamford, Norwalk, Greenwich, and Westport. The survey illustrates, for direct and subleases, the absorption of leased space, the addition of available space, and overall availability statistics.

John Hannigan and Charlene O’Connell of Choyce Peterson represented the tenant, Triton International, a provider of intermodal container leasing services, in the lease negotiations. In mid-2021, Choyce Peterson was appointed by Courtland Street Partners LLC as the exclusive listing agent for this office building situated on a main thoroughfare. The building is near CT Transit bus routes and the Metro North train station, as well as Rte. 8 off I-95 and the Merritt Pkwy. Choyce Peterson Negotiates Sale of 30,000 SF Office Building in Bridgeport, Connecticut

BRIDGEPORT, CONN. — Locally based brokerage firm Choyce Peterson has negotiated the sale of a 30,000-square-foot office building in Bridgeport, located in the southern coastal part of the state. An entity doing business as Courtland Street Partners LLC sold the freestanding building to an affiliate of Adam J. Lewis Academy for an undisclosed price. Scott Peterson and Charlene O’Connell of Choyce Peterson brokered the deal. The new ownership plans to convert the building into an expansionary facility for its main school.
